dieanneliese.com offers AI-generated digital content and credit-based chat services. All products are delivered digitally via our secure platform and/or direct download links. No physical products are shipped.

2. Delivery Methods & Timing

  • Custom AI Content (images, voice messages, videos): Delivered via secure download link or in-chat media sharing. Standard delivery immediately after purchase confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
  • Credits for AI Chat: Applied instantly to your account after successful payment. In rare cases, payment processing delays from third parties may take up to 2 hours.
  • Subscription Access: Granted immediately upon successful payment and remains active until the end of the subscription period unless canceled by the user.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content and personalized AI services, all sales are final and non-refundable once delivery has occurred. This includes:

  • Custom images, videos, or voice messages
  • Chat credits
  • Subscription periods already activated

Exceptions may be made in the following cases:

  • The purchased product was not delivered within the stated timeframe and the delay was not caused by the customer.
  • A technical error on our side resulted in the customer not receiving access to the purchased service or product.

If an exception is granted, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
